This unusually large cauldron would now work perfectly as a log bin due to it`s wonderful large size.
The copper has developed a beautiful aged verdigris finish and generally a wonderful aged patina and textured character.
Having heavy sturdy hand forged iron strap-work sides with iron loop handles used for hanging over a fire. The base shows signs of the flames which would have once heated this large cauldron up, which just adds to it`s historical charm.
Very solid sturdy and strong.
