Description

A striking oriental folding desk celebrating Chinese artistry and symbolism. Intricately carved throughout with dragons, stylised longevity symbols, and floral motifs—each element steeped in cultural meaning. The top features a central panel bordered by deep-relief carvings of mythical creatures and auspicious emblems, framed by faux bamboo edges. Below, the frieze continues the elaborate carving, wrapping seamlessly around the sides and back to create a harmonious decorative rhythm. Two drawers are discreetly set into the front, each fitted with wooden bun handles. The base is equally ornate, pierced and carved with dragons and geometric patterns, and ingeniously designed to fold, offering ease of transport and compact storage without compromising strength or elegance.
