Description

A highly decorative black lacquer two door cabinet decorated with buildings and landscapes within a border of cockerels and dragons The cabinet has its original hinges and handles with a lock The stand is carved to the sides and front and has lower shelves The cabinet lifts off the stand to assist moving Some minor chipping to the cabinet and a few old repairs commensurate with age and usage The previous owner and collector believed this to be Japanese
