Fowey River Antiques has dated this Platinum Diamond Cocktail Watch to the 1960s.
The solid 9ct white gold integral twin herringbone design bracelet compliments the diamonds beautifully, it is very fluid and simply glides around the wrist and has an integrated double safety clasp.
As you would expect from Vertex the diamonds are bright, crisp and evenly matched.
It is quite stunning with a white dial. A new glass has been fitted and the watch and bracelet professionally cleaned and polished so it is absolutely pristine.
The 17 jewel movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking.
As you would expect from Vertex the watch is fully marked on the case, dial and movement.
Vertex are famous for their beautiful diamond watches and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.
The watch head measures 18mm in diameter not including the crown.
It fits a maximum wrist size of 6 1/2 inches but this can easily be reduced by any competent jeweller should this be required.
The watch has just been fully overhauled, restored and serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Vertex in all respects.
