A large antique Victorian mahogany chest of drawers with a classic and elegant design. The chest features an arrangement of two short drawers over three long, graduating drawers, each fitted with wooden knobs. Raised on a sturdy plinth base, this piece has a rich mahogany patina.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition overall, with expected signs of age and use. There is surface wear in places, including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. Some of the knobs appear to be later replacements and differ in tone. Additional wear includes dents and marks to the sides and edges, some loss to the base, and a large split to the back—none of which affect the structural integrity of the piece.
