A late 17th Century Chest Of Drawers of excellent small proportions and a lovely honey colour, having two small over three long drawers. The linings are in oak and are wonderfully clean and original. It retains the original escutcheons, the handles are later but of the correct style. This piece has a lovely patina that really glows.
In superb original condition, it is unusual to find an early oak chest of this small size.
A rare example of an untouched piece of furniture from the William and Mary period.
