A delightful 19th century oil painting of a ‘clock repairer’ or even a cobbler, contemplating how to repair a clock! An amusing composition, we particularly like the expression on the face. A good painting, by Henry Gillard Glindoni (1852-1913); oil on board. In original gilt frame, with losses.

It would benefit from a new frame or repair which we can assist with if required.
