Description

An excellent quality Louis XVI style carved large and impressive giltwood firescreen in good condition Attractive wear to the gilding with no over painting . The red and gold chenille panel is a later addition depicting a pair of lions rampant surrounding a crown.

The back has a cream damask panel.
