It has an arrangement of 3 small drawers and 3 long graduating drawers providing ample storage space. Like many antiques there are hidden compartments in this set that can be accessed by removing the middle drawer and hidden behind the left and right drawer. Each cockbeaded drawer operates smoothly, is constructed with dovetail joints, and is fitted with brass swan handles. As with all antique pieces, it bears some imperfections that enhance its charm and character.
