This is a lovely antique high quality English George IV figured mahogany two door wardrobe, dating from Circa 1820.This wonderful tall two door wardrobe features a stepped moulded cornice above a pair of two-panel doors, enclosing five flame mahogany and ash-lined drawers under a hanging section with brass hooks on one side, and a full width hanging section with a brass hanging pole, brass hooks and a shoe drawer on the bottom, on the other side.Complete with the original working lock and key. It is a truly beautiful and spacious wardrobe with handsome proportions and beautiful patina. The mahogany of good colour, figure and patination, a high quality cabinet by a top maker such as Gillow or Holland.
