Antique Aubusson Rug

Description

This has to be one of the finest antique Aubusson rugs we have seen, the weaving and design is just fantastic.  We are very lucky to have received this from a very fastidious previous owner who has both looked after it incredibly well, by not using it in a prominent space, but they have also taken care of it further by having it backed and edged wonderfully - please take a look at the extra images to see the care that has been taken with regards its' preservation.

A stunning example, in perfect condition, dating from the early to mid 19th century.

We exhibit at the BADA fair in Chelsea, London every March and the LAPADA Fair in Mayfair, London every September.
