Description

Antique Victorian Mahogany Duchesse Dressing Table and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality mahogany y it has an oval mirror set within a mahogany frame and with beautifully carved swan neck supports leading to three small jewellery drawers joined by a cushion fronted compartment with raised lid. The table top with shaped and moulded edge above a deep skirt with central drawer and original turned handle. It is raised on carved and shaped cabriole legs on a carved foot and on a shaped platform base.

MEASURES: 63” HIGH TO TOP OF MIRROR X 28.5” TO TABLE TOP X 22” DEEP X 48” wide

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
