Antique Isfahan rug with all over design on an warm red lambs wool ground.
 
Circa 1920.
 
The rug is of a very fine weave on a silk foundation, the rug has a floral design to the field, the rug has an overall warm red colour palette with ivory highlights. The border is of a classic design and very well drawn with a light indigo blue ground.
 
The rug is in excellent condition with slight even wear and full pile.
 
The rug is suitable for light domestic use such as a bedroom or living room away from heavy footfall.
 
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
