Antique Victorian Mahogany Kneehole Twin Pedastal Desk C1860 Wm6225/25.1

Description

Stunning antique victorian mahogany twin pedastal desk and dating form around 1860. It has a moulded back rail and with moulded edge to the mahogany top above three drawers all of which are mahogany lined with original turned knob handles. There is a very nice carved frieze above the kneehole with an arched panelled door to each pedastal with internal shelf and original knob handle. It stands on a plinth base and is in one piece.

Measures: 30" high ( X 33" to top of back rail) X knee height 23" X 20" deep X 49" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour, grain and patination to the quality mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.
