A hand knotted rug with reasonably deep pile, and short selvage to one end and selvage with sown under fringe to other end. Wool pile and foundations.

This rug measures approximately 314 cm long including fringes, and 161 cm wide.
Condition:
Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This rug is in an overall reasonably good condition, commensurate with its age. Only a little wear to the pile. One end has a little wear to one corner. The nap in the rug makes it appear lighter and darker from either end. There is some fading to the rug, which is mostly even and limited to the red colours, and only slightly more noticeable towards one corner. Vacuumed, deodorised, and treated for moth prevention. Clean and ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
