For sale this Magnificent large Copper Log or Coal bin / scuttle dating from the late Georgian or early Victorian period. Very heavy gauge copper construction with early braised seams. Rolled top and massive heavy gauge riveted brass handles. A super-looking example that would grace any Period Country House or Ingelnook fireplace, that is without any major damage, holes, or splits. Size approx. 51cm diameter excluding the handles and approx. 32cm deep.
