Description

Very impressive antique carved mahogany upholstered sofa, dating from the William IV (1830-40) period. It's in fabulous original condition, with all the carvings intact & even still has the original brass cupped porcelain casters. The frame is all solid mahogany, with well defined bold carvings & it sits on octagonal turned legs. The frame is sturdy & has just been French polished. We have just completely re-upholstered it on the front & back, plus we have added 2 new bolster cushions. Please enlarge all the images to appreciate all the fine details.
