We verify their professional trade history, ethical standards, and photographic quality to ensure a secure, high-standard buying environment. Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

This WW2 Revue A.T.P. military issue wristwatch dates from circa 1940 and follows a military style. The watch is constructed from chrome plate, stainless steel, leather, and brass, and displays silver, warm brown, and cream colours. It features a round silver-coloured metal case, a crown positioned at the bottom, a cream dial with Arabic numerals, a sub-seconds dial, a track minute scale, and luminous-filled handset and dot markers. The timepiece is attached to a wide warm brown leather cuff strap secured with stitching along the edges. The case exhibits minor surface wear around the bezel. The watch measures 3 cm high, 3 cm wide, and 1 cm deep. It is suited for a gentleman's library display or as part of a vintage military collection, and works well when housed in a display cabinet or on a desk stand alongside other horological items.

A.T.P. stands for Army Trade Pattern, designating wristwatches ordered by the British Ministry of Supply during the Second World War for armed forces personnel prior to the introduction of the Dirty Dozen series.

These watches feature chrome-plated or stainless steel cases, acrylic crystals, brass mechanical movements, and painted dials with luminescent indices paired with durable leather or canvas straps.

Authentic pieces feature clear military broad arrow markings or A.T.P. prefixes stamped on the case back alongside a dedicated serial number, accompanied by a Swiss-made mechanical movement.

A vintage military timepiece serves as a functional accessory, complementing modern field jackets, relaxed casual wear, or contrasting clean tailoring.

Keep the timepiece away from moisture and magnetic fields, avoid overwinding the mechanical spring, and ensure periodic servicing by a qualified horologist.
