Description

Here we have a wonderful Arts and Crafts chest of drawers from the Holkham Hall estate c1880. As you can see the chest has a great washed colour and patina. The chest comes direct from the estate of Lord and Lady Leicester and from their seat at Holkham Hall in Norfolk. There is a stepped moulded edge and a desirable configuration of 2 over 3 drawers. The drawers retain their original Arts and Crafts brass pulls and have hand cut dove tail joints. The whole sits on the original plinth base. A super period chest with great provenance in retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 105 cm wide 99 cm high 52 cm deep.
