Description

This lovely bed features a decorative head and foot panel, with brass collars with central button detail, dipped top rails, rod ends, finials and uprights. A delightfully attractive bed for a double size. Original castors. The original aged paint finish has been cleaned, and the bed has been professionally restored with side rails checked for good fit and lengthened, strengthened and adapted to support wood slats or a bed base. Suitable for modern double mattress size 135cm x 190cm mattress /4'6" x 6'3".

Price includes wood slats (Sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2” deep upholstered boxed base – Bed photographed on slats. Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 30 years. We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested.

We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.

Local, National and International delivery can be arranged. Please let us know your location and we can arrange quotation.
