Georgian Inlaid Gentleman’s Dressing Chest

Description

Wonderful Georgian inlaid mahogany Gentleman’s dressing chest ,with the original mercury glass lift up mirror and compartment interior, circa 1790.

Cupboard and drawer space below for storage under the hinged top. The mirror can be lifted without opening the hinged top.

This will make a great side lamp table or cabinet, or as its intended use as a gentleman’s washstand dressing chest

34 inches or 86 cm high

19 3/4 inches or 50 cm wide.

21 1/4 inches or 54 cm deep

51 1/2 inches or 131 cm high with mirror pulled out

39 inches or 99 cm wide with sides open
