Description

Rare Heals Antique Original Painted Dressing Table

A very rare original painted pine Edwardian antique dressing table by Heals of London around 1920. In the original ebonised black paint finish and beautifully hand painted with original blue line decorations and flower / floral designs by Miss Hindshaw who was art teacher at the L.C.C. Central School of Arts & Crafts. In excellent condition, all the drawers have the original handles and the table stands on square legs. The oval mirror can be tilted at various angles. This Heals dressing table could also be used as a desk, as the mirror and uprights can be removed easily. Comes with a protective clear glass top. We also have the matching wardrobe and clothes rail.
