Georgian Mahogany Ladies Dressing Table.

18th century
Description

A Geo III mahogany ladies dressing/ writing table. The finely figured rectangular top with sliding centre, opening to reveal a pop- up mirror with original plate, above a false drawer and two real drawers with small brass knobs, and a further two pull out side drawers, all standing on chamfered square section legs with shaped corner brackets, raised on original leather barrel castors. Fine colour and patina and in original condition throughout. English Circa 1780.
