Description

Fabulous Japanese Tansu elm wood chest in original condition. All the drawers retain the original decorative cast iron handles and escutcheons and run smooth. The chest is of very solid construction and is a gorgeous rich deep colour, there are historic knocks, marks, cracks and scratches as is to be expected an item of it age, however these only add to its character and charm of this wonderful looking chest of drawers. A very attractive piece of antique furniture with many more years of use a perfect addition to any home.
