A beautiful little antique Mahal rug, handwoven circa 1910 with an all over Boteh design on a deep indigo field and terracotta border. Lovely secondary colours of green and gold throughout and a charming little rug.
Size: 1.51m x 1.02m (5ft x 3ft 4in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear, slightly heavier on the edges (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
