Description

West Persiann handwoven runner, approximately 16'4" x 3'9", dating from the early C20th. This old rug has an indigo coloured field, enclosed by spandrels and multiple repeating borders. A hand knotted, rug with medium pile, short fringes to both ends. Wool pile and foundations.

A old rug with some flaws but full of charm, still very useable with its age worn appearance.

This rug measures approximately 497 cm including fringes, and 114 cm wide.

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This rug is in well used age worn condition. Some wear to the pile, including a few spots down to the foundations, see pictures. Little wear to both ends. Full of charm and still very useable. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
