Oriental handwoven rug, approximately 6''11'' x 4''7'', dating from the early C20th. This old rug has an indigo coloured field of angular vines with medallion centre, enclosed by spandrels multiple repeating floral borders. A hand knotted, rug with medium pile, short fringes to both ends. Wool pile and foundations.
A old rug with lots of flaws but full of charm, still very useable with its age worn appearance.

This rug measures approximately 211 cm including fringes, and 139 cm wide.

Would benefit from a clean, full of charm and still very useable. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
