Description

Size: 12ft 10in x 9ft 4in (390 x 285cm).

Antique Persian Heriz carpet with a traditional large medallion design with madder red field colour. Classic dark indigo blue border that is very well drawn. The large central medallion in dark indigo blue contrasts well with the field. This is a substantial furnishing quality Heriz carpet.

Circa 1920.

The Carpet is in excellent condition with very even wear and medium pile.

This is a very good furnishing Heriz carpet.

The carpet is suitable for heavy domestic use.

The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
