An outstanding antique Heriz carpet, handwoven circa 1910 with a large geometrical medallion on a terracotta field and deep indigo border. Some of the nicest secondary colours I have seen, especially the gold, pink and green throughout the carpet.
Size: 3.16m x 2.35m (10ft 4in x 7ft 8in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
