Antique Tabriz Carpet

1900 - 1920
Description

A very good looking Persian Tabriz carpet in great condition.  The madder field containing an all-over design,  leaning slightly to a more geometric pattern and lacking a medallion making placement of the carpet very easy in most rooms.

The colours are all vegetable and have aged very beautifully.  The condition is very good, the fringe at one end has been damaged historically, so this has been professionally repaired and looks fabulous.
