A VERY FINE LATE 19TH CENTURY PERSIAN ISFAHAN RUG WITH AN OVERALL SPIDERY AND THORNY FLORAL COMPOSITION. SUPERB DARK IVORY FIELD COLOUR WITH SUBTLE BLUES,PINKS,REDS AND A YELLOW. GREAT COUNTRY HOUSE LOOK.

HAS BEEN HAND WASHED LAST TWO IMAGES,OVER 30 IMAGES TO PERUSE INCLUDING RUG IN DIFFERENT SETTINGS.

ALL OVER LOW PILE WITH VERY SUBTLE WEAR FOR A RUG OF THIS AGE.
