Pretty Hand Woven Hamadan Carpet Runner

Description

This is a lovely handwoven antique Hamadan runner carpet dating from the early 20th Century. The runner has a pleasing warm colour palette with floral central panels woven on an ivory ground with multi coloured borders. This is a very useful compact size measuring 230 cms long by 87 cms wide. The runner is in excellent condition with a good, even, hard-wearing woollen pile.
