A lovely antique Isfahan rug, handwoven circa 1900 with a classical floral medallion on an ivory field and red border. Finely woven with fabulous secondary colours, particularly the light blue corner spandrels.
Size: 2.10m x 1.48m (6ft 11in x 4ft 10in)
This rug is in good overall condition with medium, age related wear, slightly heavier in places (see photos), which is reflected in the price. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
