This is a very attractive, finely woven Balouch carpet in excellent original order dating from around 1920. The carpet is well drawn with diagonal rows of repeated floral motifs and has a pleasingly smart design with lovely shades of madder red, indigo and ivory as well as shades of teal blue. The carpet is in super condition throughout, washed ready for use it measures 165 cms by 92 cms.
