A lovely antique Tekke main carpet, hand woven circa 1900 in Turkmenistan with a traditional Bokhara design on a rich red field. Fabulous soft wool quality, great dyes and a highly collectible piece.
Size: 3.20m x 2.00m (10ft 6in x 6ft 7in)
This rug is in very good, original condition with light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
