Antique French Empire Mahogany and Ormolu Bed in excellent condition.
This delightful antique bed has been carefully refurbished and cleaned. A very smart and substantial bed of great style, while retaining a mellow antique appearance. The two side support bars screw into the frame with a bolt ensuring a good tight structure. A wooden frame is needed to support the mattress.
The dimensions are length 78 ins. width 58 ins. height 66 ins.
The base measures 58 ins wide and 31 ins high. The Mattress size within the side bars is 52 ins wide by 72 ins long, but could be 56 ins or more if placed upon the top of the rails.
