Size: 12ft 4in x 9ft 10in (376x 299cm).

A good example of a large room size traditional Afghan village carpet by Ersari Turkmen weavers. Afghan carpets of this size are becoming harder to find in todays market.

Circa 1920.

The carpet has four rows of eight large guls, the carpet has a good red colour, the border design is very detailed in a dark indigo blue.

The carpet is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile.

The carpet is suitable for heavy domestic use.

The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
