The mirror itself also tilts and the angle can be adjusted by the screw on the back. The middle table section has two useful lift up storage compartments. The bevelled mirror plate is original and has spotted and worn over time giving a nice textured distressed surface.
The whole piece is in good original condition. It has developed a lovely rich colour and is strong and sturdy with no major damages. There are various small marks, knocks and signs of use and age but nothing detrimental or untoward. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
