This is a very stylish antique runner carpet dating from around 1900. The carpet has a wonderful geometric allover design with colourful serrated guls set within a deep indigo field. The multiple borders include a pretty ivory border and a warm red and black arrow head design. This carpet runner is in excellent order and would look well in a modern or antique setting. It measures 291 cms by 117 cms.
