In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1920s.
To one side is a chromed rail which has a small curtain on. The table stands on narrow tapering legs with an attractive shaped frieze.
It is a very pretty and elegant piece and on the back of the mirror is the original label for “Maple & Co Limited London & Paris”.
It is in good condition for its age. There are general signs of age and use, some surface marks and small knocks around the legs but nothing detrimental. The chromed handles have tarnished slightly but overall it displays well and is strong and sturdy. It has been cleaned and given a light wax and is ready for use.
