Very Attractive Heriz Carpet, 3.38m X 2.46m, Circa 1890

Description

This Heriz carpet has a very attractive range of colours, Note the terracotta field, and the gold medallion, in particular, all in subdued tones which are complemented by a very restrained and well-executed geometric design. there are lots of very interesting little details. Note the wide border which would work well under a dining table. Heriz carpets have great adaptability and work well in both contemporary and traditional settings. This one fits the bit. It is in good condition, with enough signs of wear to give it that elusive lived in look. Professionally cleaned and ready for immediate use. This carpet comes highly recommended.
