Very pretty and nice quality Georgian style mahogany kidney shape leather top writing table or dressing table, but made in the Edwardian period, so circa 1900.
Originally, this was used as a ladies writing table, but being the shape and style it is, it lends itself to many uses now and can free stand if required. It would work well as a dressing table, side table, lamp table, window table or also a console hall table perhaps too.
Elegant form standing on these reeded tapered legs and spade feet.
The leather is original and is in good condition, showing lots of lovely age and patina.
