Description

Size: 12ft 2in x 3ft 0in (370 x 92cm).

Antique South Caucasian or Kurdish runner, with all over diamond design.

Circa 1920.

This brightly coloured runner is woven with very soft wool and has superb range of colours. The design is repeat diamond medallions with smaller diamond designs as filler elements. The green in the border complements the other colours well.

The runner is in excellent condition with very slight even wear and full pile.

Hand washed and ready for use or display.

The runner is suitable for normal domestic use. A very good furnishing runner that would brighten up the darkest of hallways.
