Description

Probably made in eastern Romania, close to the region of ancient Bessarabia, this striking carpet takes inspiration from the 17th and 18th century English and French needlework carpets. Very fine workmanship, the carpet folds like paper. Ideal for a grand period setting. Decorator inquiries welcome. This carpet has been professionally cleaned and is ready for immediate use.
