Size: 6ft 8in x 4ft 2in (203 x 128cm).

A good North West Persian 'Jozan' village rug from the Greater Hamadan Region; woven by Kurdish weavers.

Circa 1920.

The rug is of the traditional medallion design with a pendant at each end. The rug has a well-drawn floral design which contrasts well with the very dark indigo blue field colour.

The rug is in excellent condition with very slight wear and almost full pile. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
