Circa 1900.

The rug is of an all over repeat design in soft pastel colours on a indigo blue ground. The rug has a very well-drawn border of unusual design; also note the small animals in the field.

The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile.

The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
