Gillows George IV Dressing Table & Mirror

Description

A beautifully proportioned George IV Mahogany Dressing table attributed to Gillows of Lancaster with the accompanying Gillows Dressing Mirror.  The table having a slender reeded leg of which terminates in the original high quality Brass Cope and Collinson castors. The reeded edge top having a shaped gallery rail, beneath the two Mahogany lined drawers with original turned knob handles.  The dressing mirror designed to accompany this dressing table, retaining the original mercury mirror plate and finish.  Both English, Circa 1825.
