Description

Highly attractive long and narrow runner with a beautiful camel field and a handsome design of geometric lozenges. The width is very narrow, so would be ideal for a long corridor or a hallway, perhaps in a town house or mansion block of apartments. The bright and happy colours are engaging. Woven by the skilled weavers in the Sarab district of north-west Persia circa 1900. Minor losses to the ends, otherwise in excellent condition. A very durable long runner, professionally cleaned and ready for immediate use.
