Description

Ivory ground carpets are difficult to source, especially one as a pretty as this. All the colours are light and happy. The design is attractively drawn, blossoms and leaves arranged in an all-over repeat pattern. The border is harmonious, and frames the field perfectly. One can imagine this carpet under a grand dining table, or in an elegant drawing room. Soft velvety wool, even pile and in good condition with a crisp appearance to the design. The original ends and sides are intact. Professionally cleaned recently, and ready for immediate use.
