Antique Malayer runner of useful narrow size with traditional large scale herati design.

Circa 1900.

The runner has excellent colour especially the soft greens, blues and yellow that stand out well against the dark indigo blue ground. The light green ground border is a very unusual feature and frames the runner well.

The runner is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile.

The runner has been hand washed and ready for use or display.

The runner is suitable for normal domestic floor use.
